Zanqvori™ is operated by Chongqing Xingliufei Information Technology Co., Ltd. “We,” “us” and “our” refer to this company.

These terms apply to purchases through zanqvori.com together with relevant product information and policies disclosed before ordering. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

2. Placing an order

You must have legal capacity to make a purchase or act with valid authorization. Supply accurate contact, billing and delivery information.

Review product details, measurements, quantity, delivery destination and the total before submitting an order.

3. Product descriptions

We sell vases. Materials, finishes, dimensions, included accessories and intended use vary by item. Flowers and styling props are not included unless expressly listed.

Do not assume a vase is watertight, food-safe, dishwasher-safe or suitable for heat or outdoor exposure unless stated. Colors may appear differently across screens and lighting conditions.

These qualifications do not excuse material differences from the description or limit rights concerning defective goods.

4. Prices and payment

The order currency, product prices, delivery charges and any displayed taxes are presented before payment. Available payment methods appear at checkout.

If an obvious pricing error is discovered, we will contact you where appropriate. We will not charge a higher corrected price without your agreement. Payments for cancelled items will be refunded.

Later price changes do not alter the price of an already accepted order.

5. Acceptance and availability

An automated acknowledgement confirms receipt of an order. Unless it expressly states acceptance, it does not by itself confirm acceptance.

Acceptance occurs when we confirm dispatch or otherwise expressly accept the order, subject to applicable law. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will notify you and refund payment for the unfulfilled portion.

Delivery arrangements are described in the Shipping Policy and information provided for your purchase. Contact us promptly about address corrections or delivery concerns.

Responsibility for loss or damage in transit is determined by applicable law. Risk does not pass to you earlier than legally permitted.

7. Returns and remedies

The Return & Refund Policy explains how to request assistance with cancellations, damaged items, returns and refunds. Statutory rights take priority over conflicting store wording.

Any product-specific restriction must be legally permitted and disclosed before purchase.
